A refreshing SPRING white and a deep Red to balance this Monday weather:

2015, Featherstone ‘Four Feathers’, Niagara

This is an easy and approachable blend of Riesling and other carefully chosen estate grown aromatic white wines. Tropical lemon-lime, peach and spicy granny-smith apple flavours abound here. Delightful as an aperitif but see what it can do for a BBQ’ed chicken breast.

2013, Perez Cruz, Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon, Maipo Valley, Chile

The notes of ripe red currant and blackberries are highlighted with a classic touch of tarragon
and laurel and accented with black pepper, vanilla and figs. Creamy and concentrated on the palate, with rounded, polished tannins and a fresh, natural acidity, the wine expresses our terroir and our commitment to producing Estate wines with distinct personality.
